Among Strangers showed up three weeks ago, and you get it by finishing the Historical Prospects quest in Season, which means night kills on Customs, Woods, and Streets, plus stashing dogtags at the marked spots on each map. Seven hundred eighty-one out of the thirty-six thousand PMCs we track have it. Lover got it first, about twenty-two hours after it showed up, and he's level fifty-two with seven hundred twenty-one hours played.
