Tarkov just got a new Scourging achievement on PVP today, and you pick it up by figuring out what Ref was after in The Lab and finishing the whole Scourge Incursion event task line. Only twenty-two of the nearly three million PMCs we track have it so far. Zaraz Umre got it first within the hour, and he's level seventy-one with just over nine thousand hours played.
