The Scourge Incursion event in Escape from Tarkov runs until October twenty-sixth, so you’ve got a few more days to get through the task line. There’s a new unique achievement for finishing it, and if you’ve already done the tasks, they’ll give it to you soon. Scourge and his guards are weaker now, with less health, worse aim, and they spot you slower.
